JONAH (family adventure)

This one is particularly exciting.

It's a big-budget, exciting, four quadrant (in industry speak) family adventure in the vein of JOURNEY TO THE CENTER OF THE EARTH that is a modern-day retelling of the Jonah and the Whale story.

Written in collaboration with brilliant award-winning playwright Llywelyn Jones and super A-list writer/producer Josh Stolberg, this has worldwide hit written all over it (if I do say so myself).

It's available for sale, and will be pitched to potential buyers soon.  For more info, hit up my manager, Mike De Trana at Anvil Entertainment at mike@anvil-ent.com.

SNUFF (drama)

For those of you who know the name Chuck Palahniuk, you can imagine how excited I am to be working on this project.  Co-writing the adaptation of the Fight Club author's novel, "Snuff" with director Fabien Martorell is basically a dream come true.  Producer Adam Goldworm has been an invaluable resource on how to make this very risque book work as a screenplay.

This is one of the more challenging assignments that I've had, but I also think that this script turned out to be one of the finest I've churned out thus far.  We have a rewrite or two to go, but I'm already over the moon about it.

There's no video to show you, but below are the two alternate covers of the novel and a link to a story about the film we're making.  Between these images and what you already know about the mind of Chuck, you can probably tell this is going to be one insane ride.

I'll keep you updated as to what happens next.  Enjoy!

FRIEND REQUEST (horror)

This is one of my favorite projects of late.  It's a horror short that focuses on how technology is isolating us, and the potential consequences that come as a result.

I wrote this late one night after ignoring a friend's phone call.  When it hit me that I just wasn't in the mood to talk, I texted them, "What's up?", to which they replied, "Dude, just answer the phone!"  And a story was born.

We shot this film over two nights in Los Angeles with one actor (the lovely and talented Emily Sandifer) and it really came out beautifully.  Directed by Nicholas Acosta, shot by Matt Turve and co-produced with Adam C. Sherer, it's just an atmospheric beauty.

BEER RUN (action comedy series)

A new web series is in the works!  This one is called Beer Run, and is about a crazy case of mistaken identity that leads to some action-packed misunderstandings.  Working on this one with Nicholas Acosta.

We shot a great trailer for what will eventually become a full series.

THE CONFINED (horror)

Finally finished the first draft of my new horror feature script, The Confined.  Wrote this one with Joseph New and Nicholas Acosta.  Very excited.  I've produced some horror movies in my day, but haven't written one in a while.  I think this one has real potential.

Here are some trailers for what will eventually become the feature film.  Enjoy!
